Project Description:
Conversion of offices into apartments.
The conversion of nine central London 1900’s office buildings into twenty seven residential apartments and duplex dwellings. The project also included the full external refurbishment of the building fabric.
The fitting out section of the contract included the formation of the apartments to the highest standard of acoustic and fire rating whilst incorporating individual stand alone services installations.
Kitchens:
Granite worktops and stainless steel fittings were installed throughout to compliment the superior finishes required for the project.
Living Areas:
Following our full stripping out of the existing layouts, we carried out extensive internal structural alterations to combine several of the buildings.
External:
External refurbishment was carried out concurrently with the internal fitting out. This comprised of a full building clean, brick, stone and timber repairs.
