Project Description:

The project comprised a comprehensive refurbishment of the building’s reception and common areas, including:

• Refurbishment of the reception area, incorporating bespoke joinery and a custom-designed reception desk.
• Construction of a new café, complete with bespoke café signage.
• Installation of a new entrance canopy, featuring integrated canopy signage.
• Full redecoration throughout.
• Refurbishment of meeting rooms & CMs office.
• Replacement of all common area floor coverings with Amtico parquet flooring.
• Upgrading of all associated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services.
